This page informs you of our policy regarding dissatisfaction with a purchase either online or in store.
Harry’s Emporium will accept a returned item for exchange that is undamaged, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached within 14 days of purchase.
A refund is only provided for items that have a manufacturing fault.
